## SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse.

SHIPPING RATES:
• Standard Shipping: $9.95 (5-7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $14.95 (2-3 business days, metro areas)
• FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders typically dispatched within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, 
excluding public holidays).

During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day), please allow 
extra processing time.

TRACKING:
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email.

DELIVERY ISSUES:
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within expected 
timeframe, email hello@unpluggedplay.com.au within 7 days.

## RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
You can return items within 14 days if:
• You've changed your mind
• Item is faulty or damaged
• Item is different from description

HOW TO RETURN:
1. Email info@unpluggedplay.com.au within 14 days
2. Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition with tags
3. We'll provide return instructions
4. Refund/exchange processed within 5 business days of receiving return

RETURN SHIPPING:
Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is 
faulty or we sent wrong item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
• Sale items (check product page)
• Personalized items (unless faulty)
• Items not in original condition

EXCHANGES:
To exchange for different product, email hello@unpluggedplay.com.au 
within 14 days. You may pay difference if new item costs more.

REFUNDS:
Refunds issued to original payment method within 5 business days 
of receiving return. May take additional 3-5 business days to 
appear in your account depending on your bank.
